Apartment Locker

I designed the resident experience for Amazon Apartment Locker, a package management solution for multi-family residential buildings. After launch, I redesigned the B2B onboarding process, resulting in a 26% reduction in time and a 58% decrease in negative response rate.

 

Amazon Recruiting

I led the design and product strategy to evolve the back-of-house product experience for corporate hiring. The organization was shifting from a predominantly manual process, to a hybrid system of manual interactions and automated workflows. I designed mechanisms for recruiters to manage this transition by giving them greater visibility and control over their work.

 

Last Mile Courier App

I was the founding designer for Amazon’s courier-facing mobile application. I designed a modular, data-defined, information architecture that allowed the app to scale to hundreds of thousands of couriers and billions of deliveries worldwide.
